Kaufmich Terms of Service and User Agreement

By registering an account, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the kaufmich Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

kaufmich operates a premium digital platform designed to facilitate connections and social interactions between consenting adults ("Users"). Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Providing user profiles and matching tools.
• Enabling communication between Users through our secure messaging systems.
• Offering premium features and subscription plans for enhanced functionality.
• Publishing informational content related to dating, relationships, and social interaction.

You understand and agree that kaufmich is merely a venue providing a platform. We are not a party to any agreements or interactions between Users and do not offer legal, financial, or personal advice.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you post, transmit, or share.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
2. Harassing, threatening, or bullying other Users.
3. Using the Platform for any commercial solicitation or spam.
4. Uploading viruses or malicious code, or attempting to disrupt the integrity of our systems.
5. Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. Collecting or harvesting any information about other Users without their express consent.

The kaufmich Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of all content, is the exclusive property of kaufmich or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "kaufmich" name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the Platform ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant kaufmich a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaufmich, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall kaufmich's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of one hundred euros (€100) or the amount you have paid to kaufmich in the past twelve months.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kaufmich expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Platform in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

kaufmich reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
